Dr. Marilyn Hamiltonis a founder of Integral City Meshworks Inc. and author of the Integral City book series. She addresses complex global challenges—climate, water, energy, food, culture, and finance—through the lens of the Master Code of Care and a framework of 12 intelligences and 5 integral maps that align self, others, place, and planet.
Her methodologies, including meshworking and appreciative inquiry, empower teams of citizens, civic leaders, entrepreneurs, and the third sector to co-create wellbeing in cities and bioregions. Through programs with Findhorn College, Ubiquity University, and Humanity Rising, she has trained regenerative practitioners in over 70 cities worldwide.
Said Elias Dawlabani
Dr. Said Elias Dawlabani is a human evolution theorist and leading authority on applying stage development theory to large-scale societal transformation. He is the author of MEMEnomics: The Next-Generation Economic System and the forthcoming Second Sapiens: The Rise of the Planetary Mind and the Future of Humanity (2024), a visionary manifesto exploring regenerative economics and the evolution of consciousness in the Anthropocene. His work has been translated into over 20 languages, and he has delivered keynote talks worldwide on cultural economics, sustainability, and systemic change.
Founder of The MEMEnomics Group and cofounder of the Center for Human Emergence Middle East, Dawlabani brings a rich background that includes a prior career in real estate development in Boston. A close associate of the late Don Beck (co-creator of Spiral Dynamics), he has lectured on transformational leadership at institutions such as the Adizes Graduate School and the University of Virginia. His insights have appeared in Newsweek, Kosmos Journal, Medium, and NPR, earning him recognition as one of the world’s boldest thought leaders.
Shoham Adizes
Shoham Adizes is a Senior Associate at the Adizes Institute, a global think tank in organizational transformation. With decades of experience applying systems thinking to business, he now brings this perspective to urban environments—exploring how cities, like organizations, can become healthier, more adaptive, and resilient. Formerly President and Director of Training at the Institute, Shoham worked closely with Dr. Ichak Adizes from a young age, gaining deep expertise in the Adizes Methodology.
In addition to founding the energy-efficiency startup Energy Reclaim, Shoham has played a key role in expanding the Institute’s global reach. He is the author of Empowering Meetings and The Foundational Challenge (2024), and continues to teach organizational health and leadership to executives worldwide. He holds a business degree from the University of Colorado and studied at Oxford University. Shoham lives in Santa Barbara, California.
John Tallbott
John Talbott is a pioneer in sustainable community development, having served as Project Director for the Narara Ecovillage in Australia (2012–2021) and previously leading the Findhorn Ecovillage Project in Scotland for over two decades. At Findhorn, he helped introduce green building practices and renewable energy systems, including the region’s first wind turbine. He also designed and built his own home—one of the iconic Whisky Barrel Houses—and authored Simply Build Green, a widely used technical manual.
A qualified professional engineer, John played a key role in founding the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN) and has lectured internationally on ecological design and intentional communities. After returning to Findhorn in 2021, he led a government-funded initiative focused on carbon neutrality and regenerative infrastructure. He continues his work in ecological innovation from his current home in London.
Leonid Kozlov
Leonid Kozlov is a visionary developer and community architect with over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, combining his mathematics, startups experience with extensive real estate and construction expertise across Moscow, San Francisco, and Bali. As co-founder of Inspire Collective (Bali), he specializes in organic architecture and sustainable building technologies, currently developing a conscious community village for 1,000 residents and a organic hotel in Nusa Dua.
His multifaceted career includes co-founding Hack Temple in San Francisco, creating premier co-living spaces, residential villages and founding large scale construction companies in Moscow and San Francisco.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Leonid is an alpinist, amateur opera singer, and passionate explorer of design and psychology, offering mentorship in startups, real estate development, and AI applications that unlock human multipotential.
Anton Aparin
Anton Aparin is a visionary entrepreneur, co-founder of Living Cities Earth, and co-curator of LCE Business ecosystem and the Business & Innovation Day at the Global Earth Day Summit.
Anton’s mission is to co-create vibrant and whole cities across the planet — where communities, businesses, and ecosystems thrive in harmony — through advancing an Integral approach to real estate development projects.
He is the founder of Integralverse, a project dedicated to applying Ken Wilber’s integral framework to societal and organizational transformation.
Darrell Gooden
Dr. Darrell Gooden is a co-founder of Living Cities Earth and a visionary strategist in organizational transformation and cultural change. A certified Adizes Associate and expert in Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDi), he has taught and facilitated leadership programs across the globe, helping organizations navigate complexity and build regenerative futures.

With over two decades of experience, Darrell has led large-scale transformation initiatives using tools like Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, and systems design. He holds a PhD in Organizational Transformation and has received multiple honors, including the Federal 100 Award and the National Shingo Lean Silver Medallion. His work bridges innovation, collaboration, and deep systems change across sectors.
Lev Gordon
Lev Gordon is a co-founder of Living Cities Earth, expert in leadership, communication, and integral development for individuals, organizations, and cities. With over 30 years of international experience, he has led multinational teams and large-scale business projects across 35 countries, drawing insights from living and working in global cities such as Amsterdam, London, Paris, and New York. He is a founding member of the management team and Wisdom Council at Living Cities Earth and a recipient of the Global Synergy Award and Integral City of the Year Award.
Lev holds EMBA in Leadership and Strategy from Columbia University, with additional executive education from Harvard, Yale, and London Business School. He studied with many of the world’s thought-leaders, including Marshall Goldsmith, Daniel Goleman, John Kotter, Martin Seligman and the Dalai Lama. A lifelong student of life and inner development, Lev brings a rare blend of strategic vision, global perspective, and deep human insight to every initiative he touches.
Paddy Pampallis
Paddy Pampallis (Cape Town, South Africa) is an Integral UÔ Coach, psychologist, and long-time activist dedicated to the evolution of consciousness and healing across self, culture, and systems. She is the founder and CEO of The Integral Coaching Centre, Integral Africa, and the Ubuntu Coaching Foundation, with over two decades of leadership in coaching, education, and cross-cultural transformation in South Africa and beyond.
Her work bridges wisdom traditions and modern developmental theory, drawing on African spiritual knowledge and practical tools for change. A contributing faculty member at Meridian University, UCT, and the Da Vinci Institute, Paddy has founded multiple centers supporting teachers, families, and communities, and continues to hold space for deep learning, healing, and post-apartheid integration through the McGregor Wisdom School.
Ferial Puren
Ferial Puren is a visionary systems thinker, social innovator, and the CEO of Living Cities Earth, where she leads a global movement to regenerate cities as thriving ecosystems of equity, wellbeing, and planetary care. Her leadership bridges ecological intelligence, participatory design, and community-rooted innovation to co-create life-affirming urban futures.
With a passion for education and transformation, Ferial nurtures and connects innovators and thought leaders across disciplines to co-develop eco-technologies that leverage personal and social development for systemic change. Her work is grounded in the belief that individual growth and collective action are interwoven—and essential for the emergence of a more just, regenerative world.

Eric Kohner
Eric Kohner is a seasoned executive coach, leadership trainer, and pioneer in the global coaching profession. As a senior trainer for the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), he brings compassion, intuition, and boldness to his work with clients—from corporate leaders to nonprofit changemakers. Eric is the creator of BADASS Leadership, a signature program that has empowered leadership cultures at global companies like Capgemini and Sony Music.
Driven by a mission to support social impact, Eric has recently focused on bringing coaching to nonprofits and community-based organizations. His most notable work includes leading CTI’s collaboration with SNUG, a New York-based anti-violence group serving at-risk youth. Originally from New York City—with a past as a taxi driver and actor—Eric now lives in Pasadena, California, with his wife and daughter, blending street-smart wisdom with heartfelt leadership.
